| Important information |
- All on-site accommodation units are equipped with toaster, kettle, basic crockery, cutlery and utensils.
- All Cabins are equipped with pillows only. Please bring all bed linen and towels.
- All Chalets, Coral Bay Lodge Units and Villas are equipped with bed linen and bathroom towels. Please bring beach towels.
- At time of booking, we are happy to accept any requests for particular allocations, however please be aware that while we will endeavor to meet your requests, these are not guaranteed.
- Minimum stay conditions apply, year round, however for Christmas / New Year a 4 night booking minimum applies to ALL accommodation, including Unpowered Camp Sites.
- Please note that we offer discounts, outside of School Holiday periods, for bookings of 7 nights or more.
- DOGS
We have a limited number of Powered Camp Sites allocated for guests with dogs. A $2.00 Surcharge per dog, per night applies. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted on any dog site. Please be aware that a Dog Bond of $50.00 is payable upon arrival and are accepted at the discretion of on-site Management.
Whilst in Coral Bay, your dog must remain on a lead at all times. Please be aware that you are staying in a marine sanctuary zone and that you are responsible for cleaning up after your dog and for his or her general behaviour. Dogs are not permitted in the main bay – please speak to on-site staff for further information.

| Bookings & Cancellations |
- To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 14 days of confirmation of your booking. Please note that for one night reservations, full pre-payment is required.
- Deposits can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Cheque or Money Order, payable to Bayview Coral Bay. Please advise at time of booking if you wish to pay by internet transfer.
- Please note that 21 written notice of cancellation is required for a 90% refund of your deposit.
- No refunds are given for cancellation inside 21 days of your reservation. Travel Insurance is recommended.
